The daily capacity of the automatic casting line is more than 10000pcs.Modern equipments are used for quality inspection.Such as The Spectrum Analyzer ,,Hardness Testing Machines, Metallographic Analyzer ,Strength Tensile Machine and so on.

The air flow and squeeze moulding line is highly-automatized ,energy conservation and environment protection.So our products almost have no casting flaw ，The roughness is lower .Material is more stabile.

World-class automatic casting line, sand preparing system,core making equOur company owns high performance precision production lines .Every process has been rigorously tested for the quality.

Spectorcheck analyzer ,Dynamic balance test equipment,Automatic inspection system,Hardness testing machine,Strength tensile machine are used to quality and in -process control.
